Delicious Gluten-Free Biscuit Recipe in 20 Minutes

This gluten-free, sugar-free biscuit is excellent for breakfasts or just as a snack. You can add chocolate chips or any dried fruit to the dough. Simple but great and it only takes 20 minutes of preparation, baking time included.

Ingredients:

  • 180g (6.33 oz) melted unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 200g (7.05 oz) gluten-free quick oat
  • 80g (2.82 oz) shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 22 g (0.77 oz) sweetener – or 10 packets of Truvia sweetener (https://www.truvia.com/products/truvia-packets)
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • chocolate chip or dried fruit

Preparation:

  1. Put the dry ingredients into a bowl then add the liquid ingredients. Mix them.
  2. Make little balls from the dough, then place them onto a sheet and flatten them out.
  3. Put them into the preheated oven (375°F) for 15 minutes.
