Who liked to wake up to the smell of the freshly baked sponge cake when they were children? This recipe is super easy again, and can be done in 10 minutes + 40 mins to bake. The dough can be varied easily, we can add chocolate chips or any kind of fruit in it.

Ingredients:
- 2.46 oz (70g) oat flour
- 8.8 oz (250g) gluten-free flour (like https://www.heb.com/product-detail/just-about-foods-gluten-free-all-purpose-flour/4237031)
- 15 packets of Truvia sweetener
- 0.4 oz (12 g) baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 4.2 fl oz (125ml) vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12.3 oz (350g) sour cream
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Pour the dough into a baking pan. Make sure to use a baking sheet in the pan.
- Pour fresh or frozen frozen fruit, or chocolate on the top.
- Bake it for 40 minutes on 375°F.
- Serve it warm and enjoy!
