I started a diet some weeks ago and it allows around 17 grams of carbs for a snack. I like this diet because this way I can make sure that I do not eat more than necessary. This recipe is also gluten and sugar-free if you use a certified gluten-free oat flour and pretty delicious, and quick to bake.

Ingredients: (for 1 portion, it can be duplicated)
- 17g (0.6oz) oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 spoons of almond milk
- 10g (0.35oz) protein powder, any flavor, my fave is vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 drop of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Whisk the egg white, set aside.
- Mix the oat flour with the egg yolk, and the almond milk, and the protein powder, add the lemon juice and salt and baking soda.
- Add the egg white carefully to the dough.
- Pour the dough, and flatten the dough on a baking sheet.
- Bake it for 10 minutes on 375°F (190°C).
- Enjoy!
IMPORTANT: If you have celiac disease, only use oat flour that is certified gluten-free.
