
Sometimes we crave something sweet. However, we either forgot to buy snacks or thought we would resist the temptation. That is exactly what happened to me yesterday. But I remembered that I have simple ingredients at home. These include pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and of course, the absolute star: the chocolate. Only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
- around 1 tablespoon of gluten-free chocolate chip
Instructions:
- Place the pumpkin seed, the coconut into a smaller cup (I used Kalas from Ikea).
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour the melted chocolate on the top.
- Put it into the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy and tell me how you liked. 😉
