A Quick Sweet Treat to Satisfy Sudden Cravings

Sometimes we crave something sweet. However, we either forgot to buy snacks or thought we would resist the temptation. That is exactly what happened to me yesterday. But I remembered that I have simple ingredients at home. These include pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and of course, the absolute star: the chocolate. Only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • around 1 tablespoon of gluten-free chocolate chip

Instructions:

  1. Place the pumpkin seed, the coconut into a smaller cup (I used Kalas from Ikea).
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour the melted chocolate on the top.
  3. Put it into the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Enjoy and tell me how you liked. 😉
