Quick and Simple GF Apple Dessert Recipe

Fall is here, and this is the time of the year to bake with apple. This recipe is quick and easy. You just have to peel the apples, cut them into pieces and pour the dough onto the apple.

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 apples, peeled and cut
  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour, I used all purpose baking mix
  • 1 cup of half and half
  • 10 pockets of sweetener (20g) (stevia and erythritol mix)
  • 1 half tablespoon of baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  • Peel the apples, remove the apple cores, and slice them.
  • Steam the apple slices on butter and flavor them with cinnamon and the sweetener for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, the egg, the sweetener, and the baking powder. Gradually add a half cup of half and half. Stir until it is smooth. Then add the rest of the half and half.
  • Pour the dough into a baking pan, and then place the apple slices as well.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes on 375°F.
  • Serve it warm and enjoy!
