
INGREDIENTS:
For the crepes:
- 4 tablespoons of oat flour
- 5 tablespoon gluten-free flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk or plant-based milk
- 1 cup of water
- pinch of salt
For the filling:
- European Dr. Oetker pudding (chocolate/vanilla), or your favorite filling
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
- Pour about one ladle amount onto a preheated oily pan.
- Bake it until the sides start to fold over.
- Flip it and bake the other side for about 30-45 more seconds.
- Our favorite filling is the European style chocolate pudding, but it works well with any kind of filling, like any kind of fruit jam or cocoa or cinnamon powder.
